Contact our Support Team to make changes to your order. Prior to shipping, there is no change fee; however, the cost of your order may change if you change your "ship to" or "ship from" locations, dimensions, weight or Premium Protection amounts, or if you add or remove a pickup, and you will be charged or credited accordingly for such changes. Once we make your requested change(s), we will send you an updated shipping label with new tracking information. Please discard your original label(s) so you do not accidentally use them.
Changes made to an order after a shipment is already underway will be subject to additional fees such as change fees and reroute fees.
