Once your shipment is underway, the person who booked it may change your shipment's delivery address. Please contact our Support Team to request a reroute. There is no fee for rerouting your shipment to a UPS Customer Center for you to pick up, but you will be charged a $17 fee for reroutes to all other locations, and your shipment may also be subject to additional transportation charges depending on where the rerouted address is relative to the shipment's original delivery address.
