Per our Shipping Policy, it is the responsibility of the label purchaser to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete before your package is put into transit.

After your package is in transit, changes to a shipment's delivery address will be classified as a "Reroute/Intercept”, and you will be charged an additional fee.

For minor address corrections, such as adding an apartment, unit or suite number, or for changes to locations within the same City, State and Country, you will be charged a $27 reroute fee.

For major address corrections, such as changing the “ship to” City, State and/or Country after a shipment is in transit, you will be charged a $27 reroute fee plus any additional transportation costs for the corrected or changed location.

Before your package is in transit, we’re pleased to be able to make minor address corrections at no charge to you. Major address corrections will be charged only for any additional transportation costs corresponding to the changed ship to/from location(s). In the case of either major or minor corrections made prior to shipping, we will issue you a new label to use on your shipment. Please discard your original label.
