We can’t possibly say yes to the thousands of inquiries we get for discounted and free shipping from people shipping their bikes for fundraising charity events. Instead of offering additional discounts to just some of the many cyclists raising money for charitable organizations, we give our best rates to all cyclists all the time.

We appreciate our customers’ efforts to raise money for many excellent causes and believe that giving back is important. We are proud to run our Buck Up For Bikes (BUFB) Program, which raises money for selected non-profit organizations that are working to get more people on bikes and make the world a better place through cycling. We also run our own internal giving program to match staff contributions to charitable organizations across the US.
