DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
If your ship date is within 30 days, your shipping labels are available immediately after checkout. You can print or share them from the order confirmation page or any time from Your Orders in your Bikeflights account.
If you request that Bikeflights mail your label, we'll send you an RFID label. Please allow 2–3 business days for it to arrive.
If your ship date is more than 30 days away, your labels will become available in your Bikeflights account once you're within 30 days of your scheduled ship date.
If your shipment requires dimension verification
If your shipment is near the maximum allowed size, you'll be asked to upload photos to verify its dimensions before your label can be created.
You can upload the photos immediately after checkout or later from your Bikeflights account. Once we receive them, we'll review them and create your label within one business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
After checkout, you'll be prompted to upload the additional information needed to prepare your customs documentation. We'll also send you an email to confirm your order and let you know if we need any additional documents.
Once you've submitted the required information, we'll create your shipping label and email it to you. Please allow 1–2 business days for your label to be created. Labels are typically issued within one week of your scheduled ship date.
