There are two easy ways to submit photos and other required additional information for shipments:

• On the order confirmation page that appears immediately after checkout, you will be prompted to upload required documents. 
• Any time after ordering, log into your account, go to "Your Orders," and locate the relevant order. Click on "Details, Documents & Cancel" to verify which documents you have already uploaded and to upload any remaining required documents.

For international shipments and shipments near the maximum allowed size, you will be required to submit additional documentation before we can create your label. 

Not sure if you (still) need to upload additional documentation? Check anytime for any existing order by logging into your Bikeflights account, going to “Your Orders”, and clicking on "Details, Documents & Cancel". Look for a list of documents to upload. You will be prompted to do so if any are required.
