You will get your shipping labels by email and via your account within few minutes of placing your order for a domestic shipment, assuming you are within 30 days of your chosen ship date. In the unlikely case that you don’t get your labels with a few minutes, please check your spam folder to make sure they weren’t mistakenly filtered there. For international shipments occurring within 30 days, you will get your labels within three business days after we receive the additional information required to prepare your customs paperwork. We will reach out to you after you've placed your order to collect this information.

If your domestic or international shipment will happen more than 30 days in the future, you will get your labels once you are within 30 days of your ship date.

If you do not receive your labels as specified above, please contact Support so they can re-send them to you.

To prevent the loss or delay of your bike shipment, please follow these instructions on how to attach your labels:

  • Remove all old labels and markings from the outside of your box or case. This includes shipping labels, barcodes, HAZMAT and warning stickers, etc.
  • Put Label 1 inside your box or case, in the event that your outside labels become unreadable or are removed during transit.
  • Affix Labels 2 and 3 to the outside of your box or case. If using a hard or soft case, affix labels using a luggage tag.
