After you place an international order, our Support Team will reach out to you and ask you to email a copy of your passport. Use your phone to take a photo of your passport's photo ID page, then reply to one of the emails we sent you and attach it, or you can email support@bikeflights.com directly and attach it - we suggest you include your name and order number in all communications. We can accept .jpg or .pdf format, but please reach out to us if you would like to use a different photo file format.
