UPS keeps track of areas and locations where theft has been reported and will often flag such areas as not secure for delivering packages unattended or without getting a signature. We apologize if this happens to you and will work with you to have the package held for you at another location. In this case, we will gladly waive the reroute fee for your package to be delivered to a different address where someone can sign for the package.
