It’s your responsibility to put your label on your box or case. When you drop off your shipment, always ask for an initial scan and receipt to help it start tracking sooner. When your package will actually start moving will depend when and where you dropped it off. Deadlines for daily dropoffs vary by store location.

When booking your shipment to a UPS Store®, enter The UPS Store® as the recipient company name, and enter the first and last name of the person who will be picking it up. Remember that person will have to show their ID with a matching name when they pick up.

Some UPS Stores® have size limits on packages they will hold, and they may charge a fee for holding your package for you to pickup, so we recommend you confirm these details prior to booking and shipping.
