UPS drivers are discouraged from carrying their phones while making deliveries. If you will be unavailable to sign for your shipment on the scheduled delivery day or if your shipment does not require a signature and you would prefer it not be delivered and left unsecured, we will gladly arrange for you to pick up your shipment at a nearby UPS Customer Center at no additional charge. Alternatively, for a $17 fee, we can re-route your shipment for delivery to a different address or request that UPS delay delivery to another day when you will be available.
