Domestic Shipments


Your shipping labels will be instantly available for printing or emailing after checkout on the order confirmation page if you are within 30 days of your chosen ship date. Your labels will also be instantly available for printing or sharing after checkout in your Bikeflights account by logging into your account and selecting "Your Orders".


However, if your shipment is near the maximum allowed size, you will be required to upload photos to verify your shipment’s dimensions before we can create your label. In that case, you’ll be immediately prompted on the order confirmation page after checkout to upload those photos, or you can upload them later from within your account. Once you upload the photos, we’ll process and create your label within 24 hours, and then you’ll be able to print or share them from within your account. If your domestic shipment will happen more than 30 days in the future, your labels will be available in your Bikeflights account once you are within 30 days of your ship date.


International Shipments


After checkout, you will be immediately prompted on the order confirmation page to upload additional information so we can prepare customs documentation for your shipment.  See also: "How do I upload photos and other required additional information?"


Once you upload the required additional information, we’ll create your label and email it to you within three business days if your shipment will be occurring within the next 30 days. For international shipments occurring more than 30 days in the future, we’ll email your labels once you are within 30 days of shipping. Please note that some international labels will not be available until within 10 days of shipping.
