Recent changes to trade policies have made importing shipments into the US more difficult. The previously optional Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) form must now be completed for all shipments imported into the US. Shipments without a completed CPSC form will be denied entry into the US and returned to the sender.

At first glance, it may appear that you can “disclaim” your shipment and avoid providing much of the information requested. However, for buy/sell/gift or warranty/return/repair shipments, you’ll need to provide all of the following information in either Part 2 or Part 3 and the rest of the form prior to shipping. 

We reserve the right to cancel and refund shipments if we do not receive a fully completed CPSC form prior to shipping.
