Enter the total weight of your package, including the bike or gear, packing materials and the box or case.
How to weigh your package
Use a scale to weigh your fully packed and sealed box or case.
If possible, use a digital shipping scale or bathroom scale
If using a bathroom scale:
Weigh yourself
Weigh yourself holding the package
Subtract the first number from the second
Always round up any fractional weight to the next nearest pound. For example:
32.2 lb → enter 33 lb
59.75 lb → enter 60 lb
Why accurate weight matters
Accurate weight is required for every Bikeflights shipment. Carriers weigh packages multiple times during transit. If the scanned weight doesn’t match what you entered when booking, you may receive a carrier adjustment charge or credit to account for the difference.

Pre-loaded weights
Some popular bike cases may have pre-loaded weights available when booking. These are estimates only, and you should always confirm the weight of your specific packed shipment. If the pre-loaded weight doesn’t match, manually enter the correct weight during booking.
