How you redeem a Bikeflights gift card depends whether you want to apply it to a shipment or to purchasing a box, case or other merchandise.

If purchasing a Bikeflights box, case or other merchandise, simply enter the 12-digit code as prompted upon checkout as shown below.

If purchasing a Bikeflights shipment, please email support@bikeflights.com to request redemption of your gift card for our shipping services. You’ll need to provide us with your email address, the last four digits of your gift card ID and the name of the person who gave it to you. We’ll then apply the gift card amount as a credit to your Bikeflights account that you can apply toward any future shipment(s) upon checkout as shown below.
