It is essential to include an apartment, unit or suite number when shipping to addresses that require them because UPS will not deliver your package to an address that is missing an apartment, unit or suite number. Per our Shipping Policy, it is the responsibility of the label purchaser to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete before the package is put into transit.

If an apartment or suite number needs to be added to your delivery address after your package is already in transit, this change will be classified as a "Reroute/Intercept”, and you will be charged an additional reroute fee of $27

Before your package is in transit, we’re pleased to be able to make minor address corrections, such as adding an apartment or suite number, at no charge to you. We will issue you a new label to use on your shipment, and you’ll discard your original label.
