We recommend you drop off or pick up at UPS Stores® and NOT at UPS Access Points™.

UPS Stores® are independently owned and operated by franchisees offering services like packing, shipping, printing, dropoffs and more. Most, but not all, have daily pickups and deliveries.

UPS Access Points™ are pretty much any staffed dropoff and pickup location that includes UPS Stores®, small-independent businesses and retail chains. UPS Access Points™ may not have daily pickups.
