Our mission is to provide the best shipping experiences for our customers. We’ve found that spending 30 minutes refreshing your training annually, to stay current on bike and e-bike shipping best practices, prevents common shipping mistakes— many of which take hours, days or even weeks to resolve.

To ensure we are providing you with the tools to deliver the best shipping experience possible, qualification for the Bikeflights Top Shop Program (powered by QBP) requires annual completion of online coursework. Qualification is reset January 1st each year.
