If our system, which is linked with Google Maps, cannot confirm the address you entered, you will get an error telling you that we were not able to get rates from the information you provided. Typically, that means that you have included too much or too little detail.
We suggest trying the following:
Open up a new tab in your browser, and go to https://www.bikeflights.com/ship. Do NOT use the “resume” feature.
Do not enter the name of an individual prior to the address.
If you are trying to ship to or from a business, enter the business name followed by the city and state. Your option may pop up automatically in the drop down menu, and you can select it.
Alternatively, you can enter only the basic street address, city, state and zip code, or even just the city and state. You will be prompted to add the rest of the necessary address details later after you select your shipping speed.
Be sure that you do NOT use your browser’s Autofill capability (which inputs your saved personal data such as addresses and credit card info). Using the Autofill feature may override what you intended to enter and can prevent your order from being successful.
