No, you must file your claim through because we process all claims through our own internal claims department. UPS is our partner carrier, and if you contact them to file a claim, they will refer you back to us. If you have already attempted to start a claim through UPS, it will NOT automatically be transferred to; please contact our Support Team to initiate a claim directly with us.
