To begin the claims process with, please contact our Support Team within one week of receiving your shipment. 

You will be asked 1) to provide your order number or tracking number; 2) to send photos documenting how your bike was packed and what damage was sustained; and 3) to provide a description of damage and an estimate for repair or replacement.
