To begin the claims process with, simply go to to initiate your claim. From there you'll work directly with our team.  

Here are some things you will need for our Claims Form:

  • Order number 
  • Tracking Number
  • Name, Email, Phone number
  • Photos and description of damage
  • Photos of packing and outside of container
  • An estimate for the repair or replacement of damaged parts
  • A proof of value such as original purchase receipt if available
