To initiate a claim with Bikeflights, go to Bikeflights Claims page, and enter the information as prompted. Our Support Team will help you through the process.

You will have to submit the following information:
- Order number
- Tracking number
- Your name, email and phone number
- Photos and description of the damage
- Photos of how your bike, wheels or gear was packed
- Photos of the outside of your box or case
- An estimate of the repair or replacement cost for damaged parts
- Proof of value, such as an original purchase receipt

You must file a damage claim within one week of receiving your shipment. We will process your claim quickly to get you back to riding as soon as possible. For details on our claims process, please read our
