To protect against fraud, we cannot change the email address associated with an account. However, we can delete an existing account, and you can create a new account under your preferred email address. For security reasons and because orders are connected to a particular email, we cannot migrate data from one account to another account.


If you are trying to transfer ownership of your Bikeflights account to another person, you can either share your existing Bikeflights account email address and password with that person so they can access your past orders and book new orders through that account. You could also just have them create a new Bikeflights account for placing future orders.
