To reset your password, go to the login page, and click on "Forgot password". You will be prompted to enter your email address for the password reset. 

If you attempt to reset your password and receive a notification that you do not have an account under the email address you entered, it may be that you do not yet have an account. You do not have to have an account to book a shipment on and may have previously placed an order as a guest while checking out. It may be that your account exists under another email address.
