Shipments are audited during transit. If a shipment's actual dimensions and weight do not match those entered while booking, the shipment may be delayed en route and may be subject to additional fees. Such shipments are also more susceptible to damage because they might get incorrectly sorted by their booked size vs their actual size. Please note that we are not able to update a shipment's dimensions after pickup or dropoff.

Maximum dimensions are 165 Girth Inches (GI = L+(2xW)+(2xH)) domestically and often 157 GI or lower internationally. Shipments that exceed these sizes are subject to very high fines and possible reroute or carriage method transfer fees.
