Prior to shipping, you can add a signature request by increasing the amount of Premium Protection on your shipment to at least $500 and paying the corresponding difference in shipment cost.

Once your package has shipped, we cannot add a signature requirement. What we can do to ensure that your package will not be delivered and left unattended is reroute your shipment to a UPS Store (or another location of your choosing such as a nearby bike shop) for the recipient to pick up. You will be charged a $27 fee for reroutes.
