You cannot delay the delivery date of your shipment after it is underway; however, if your shipment requires a signature and you will be unavailable to sign for it when it is delivered, two more delivery attempts will be made in the following days. Alternatively, you may re-route your shipment to be held for up to five business days. Please contact our Support Team to request a reroute. There is no fee for rerouting your shipment to a UPS Customer Center for you to pick up, but you will be charged a $17 fee for reroutes to other UPS locations, and your shipment may also be subject to additional transportation charges depending on where the rerouted address is relative to the shipment's original delivery address.
