Yes, there are three ways you can delay your shipment’s delivery date.

1) Request a change in delivery date, and pay the corresponding $21 intercept fee.
2) Request a free reroute to a UPS Customer Center, where your shipment will be held for up to five business days at no additional charge.
3) Request a reroute to a different delivery location, and pay the corresponding $21 reroute fee. We recommend making sure someone will be available to receive your shipment at this address prior to requesting the reroute.

Your shipment may also be subject to additional transportation charges, depending on where a rerouted address is relative to a shipment's original delivery address. Please

It may also be helpful to know that if your shipment requires a signature, and no one will be available to sign for it when it is delivered, two more delivery attempts will automatically be made in the following days.
