To make a change prior to shipping, contact our Support Team by email, chat or phone, and we will be happy to assist with any changes. Fees may apply if you change your shipment's "ship to" or "ship from" locations, dimensions, weight or Premium Protection amounts. Once a change is made, we will send you an updated shipping label with new tracking information.
