You can easily ship to your house or ship from your house by entering your address into the "ship to" or "ship from" fields when you book. 

Remember that if you select $500 or more of Premium Protection when booking, a signature will be required upon delivery. 

If no one will be unavailable to sign for your shipment on the scheduled delivery day, or if your shipment does not require a signature but you would prefer it not be delivered unsecured, we will gladly submit a request to reroute your package to another location where you could pick it up, such as a UPS Store®, local bike shop or other location of your choosing. When you reroute a package within the same delivery area, you are charged a reroute fee of $27.
