You can easily ship to a hotel or ship from a hotel by entering it in the "ship to" or "ship from" fields when you book. Start typing the name of the hotel and the city, and then select the correct hotel from the suggestions offered. Whenever you book a hotel as your “ship to” or “ship from” location, you should also enter YOUR first and last names and YOUR phone number. Entering your phone number rather than the hotel's phone number makes it easier for hotel staff to contact you once your bike arrives. 

We suggest that you contact the hotel prior to shipping to let them know that your bike will be coming so that the hotel will accept delivery of your bicycle, especially if your name is not obviously on the room registration. Please be aware that hotels may charge additional fees for receiving guests’ packages or serving as a pickup location.
