Our partner carrier will make three delivery attempts for shipments that require a signature upon delivery. If no one will be there to sign for your shipment, or if you would rather pickup your shipment, please contact our Support Team. The person who booked the shipment can make arrangements for your shipment to be held at a nearby UPS Customer Center (no additional charge) or at a nearby UPS Store (for an additional charge covering the reroute fee any any holding fees).
