Our partner carrier will make three delivery attempts for shipments that require a signature upon delivery. If no one will be there to sign for your shipment, or if you would rather pick up your shipment, please contact our Support Team. The person who booked the shipment can make arrangements for your shipment to be held at a nearby UPS Customer Center (for no additional charge) or at a nearby UPS Store (for an additional charge covering the reroute fee and any holding fees).
