Our partner carrier will make three delivery attempts for shipments that require a signature upon delivery. If no one will be there to sign for your shipment, or if you would rather pick up your shipment, please contact our Support Team. The person who booked the shipment can make arrangements for your shipment to be held at a UPS Store®, whenever such services are available at those locations. 


You may also be able to reroute your shipment to be held for pickup at a local bike shop. Many bike shops will offer such services. Check out our Bike Shop Finder for potential bike shop locations near you.


Whether you reroute your shipment to be held at a UPS Store® or a bike shop, you will be charged an additional reroute fee, and your shipment may be subject to additional hold-for-pickup fee(s) specific to your chosen location. Always check directly with your chosen reroute location in advance for what, if any, fees will apply to your shipment being held there for pickup.
