If you enter shipment dimensions near the maximum allowable size of 165 girth inches (419 girth centimeters), or if you enter a shipment weight of 100 pounds (45 kg) or more, we will request that you send photo verification of your dimensions and weight before we send you your labels. This is because shipments that exceed the maximum allowed dimensions or weight are subject to delay, damage and a fine. Furthermore, heavier shipments require extra sturdy packaging for safe transit.

If you know in advance that you will consistently be shipping packages near the maximum size or over 100 lbs (45kg), you can send us your photo verification ahead of time so we can pre-approve your shipments.
