The most efficient way to book multiple shipments is to use our Bulk Shipping tool. Here’s how:
Initial Setup and File Preparation
Log into your account on Bikeflights.com.
Click or tap the account icon at the top right, and select "Bulk Shipping" from the menu (second item down).
Download the template provided on the bulk shipping screen (bottom right).
Fill out the template with all necessary order information, and save it as a CSV file.
Uploading and Validating Data
On the bulk shipping screen, upload your prepared CSV file, then click or tap the "PROCESS FILE” button.
Once the system confirms the mapping is complete, click or tap to proceed to validation.
If errors are flagged, review them by scrolling to locate the issues, such as a ship date that is in the past (marked in red).
Correct the errors (e.g., updating dates) and save the changes. You may be given the option to apply the correction to all affected orders.
Processing and Printing
Once all errors are cleared, proceed to submit the valid shipments.
Wait for the processing to finish, at which point the system will confirm each order has been completed and show you the total cost for each shipment.
Click or tap the account icon and select “Your Orders” to view, print or email the shipping labels.
When printing, you can choose between paper or thermal label formats.
