To dispute a carrier adjustment, reply to the carrier notification adjustment email you received  with photos showing the box or case that you used for the shipment. If you don’t have photos, have your package recipient take some for you.


Once you submit a dispute, it typically takes up to seven business days for us to review it and respond to you. In the meantime, we may be in touch to request additional information. Please note that you can only file a dispute up to 30 days after receiving the carrier adjustment notification.
