You can print your paper or thermal shipping labels yourself, or email them to someone else to print. Both options are available on the order confirmation page immediately after you book your shipment and in your Bikeflights account.

Some carrier locations, bike shops and hotels may also be able to print your labels for you. We recommend contacting them in advance to confirm availability and ask whether any printing fees apply.

For domestic shipments, you can request a label by mail, and we’ll print and mail you an RFID version of your shipping label.
