We suggest that you drop off all of your BikeFlights shipments at a UPS Customer Center or at a The UPS Store® location. These locations all have daily pickups so your shipment will get underway more quickly. Once your shipment is accepted for shipping at a UPS Customer Center or at a The UPS Store® location, it will travel through the UPS carrier system. Once the package begins traveling in our partner carrier’s system, it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information for your shipment to update.
Be sure to ask for a receipt upon dropping off your shipment at a UPS Customer Center or The UPS Store®
If you drop off your shipment at other locations such as a UPS Access Point™, UPS Drop Box, various Retail Chains or Authorized Shipping Outlets, and it is accepted, it will still travel through the UPS carrier system; however, you may not be able to get a receipt, and these locations may not have a daily pickup.
