If you would like Preferred Handling, but you can’t be available for a pickup, you can drop off your shipment at a UPS Customer Care Center.

Please note that your shipment will NOT receive Preferred Handling if you drop it off at The UPS Store® or other third party retailer (including Authorized Shipping Outlets). Technically, such locations are not authorized to accept pre-labeled high-value shipments (of US$1,000 or more) booked via BikeFlights.com.
