Yes. To request a pickup, simply select a pickup when booking your shipment, and we’ll arrange for our carrier to come and pick it up. If you did not schedule a pickup when booking but would still like one, please contact our Support Team to request one. We encourage you to schedule a pickup because staying home helps slow the spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and thus saves lives.
Pickups are available as soon as the next business day. Prior to your ship date, we will confirm your pickup day and time frame. Be sure to have your bike, wheels and gear packed, labeled and ready to go when the driver arrives, then allow plenty of space (at least six feet) for your driver to physically handle your shipment.
