If your bike is delayed, we will work closely with our partner carrier UPS and with you regarding options to deliver your bike as soon as possible. Options may include rerouting your shipment to deliver at a different location, expediting your shipment or having it held at a local UPS Customer Center for you to pick up instead of having to wait for it to be delivered.
