Increased demand for shipping during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is affecting transit time for some shipments. While 97% of shipments are currently delivering on time or ahead of schedule, some shipments may take longer than “normal” due to the higher volume of shipments in the carrier system. When you book, we give you the most accurate possible estimates for actual transit times and delivery dates based on our communication with UPS about shipping conditions worldwide. However, it’s been our experience during this pandemic that conditions are constantly in flux, and your shipment may arrive earlier or later than initially estimated. You can check on your shipment’s status via our tracking page.
