If you have already shipped to a location that is closed and not accepting deliveries during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, please contact our Support Team about rerouting your shipment. Prior to shipping, we will gladly change your shipment details and issue new labels with no change fee. Please note that depending on your changes, your shipment costs may change, and carrier charges may apply.


UPS has stated that it will not make multiple delivery attempts to businesses that are closed indefinitely; instead it will return those shipments to sender. UPS will hold packages and attempt to complete delivery again if the receiving location has indicated that it will reopen within nine days.
