As an essential part of the supply chain, carriers are working harder than ever to meet the significantly increased shipping needs of customers during the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis.

The greater demand has resulted in shipping delays in many areas of the U.S. and worldwide and has affected delivery guarantees everywhere. Effective March 26, 2020, UPS suspended its service guarantee “for all shipments to any destination, at all service levels.” Per our Shipping Policy,’s delivery guarantee is also suspended for bikes that are shipped during periods when our carrier is not providing a service guarantee. If you have a time-sensitive shipment, we suggest planning ahead and allowing extra time for your shipment to get to its destination.
