The greater demand for shipping services during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has resulted in shipping delays in some areas of the U.S. and worldwide and has affected delivery guarantees everywhere. Effective March 26, 2020, UPS suspended its service guarantee “for all shipments to any destination, at all service levels.” Per our Shipping Policy,’s delivery guarantee is also suspended for bikes that are shipped during periods when our carrier is not providing a service guarantee. If you have a time-sensitive shipment, we suggest planning ahead and allowing extra time for your shipment to get to its destination.

It’s up to the delivery driver’s discretion as to whether to obtain a signature based on the local risk of exposure to COVID-19. In rare cases, a shipment may be delivered and left without the driver obtaining a signature.
